  4. I know nothing can compare to being there but man I gotta say I felt like I was there. The way it was shot, edited with the music just awesome bro! Your a film maker now.

  5. Robert I’m so impressed with how much you’ve grown in the past 5 years. This major network ready stuff!

  6. after the previous rod snapping I’m wondering how on earth can that twig like thing withstand all that pressure.

  7. Great video as usual Robert. We’re you Able to do any Trout fishing in NZ? Im sure you know the trout fishery there is legendary. Thanks for the videos!

  8. This is my first year fishing from a kayak, but it’s incredible. Thanks for helping those of us who have to go to an office for 40 hours a week live vicariously through you. Nothing better than sitting on a kayak and soaking your bait in a new body of water!

  9. So much amazing fishing in NZ. I live in the area featured in this series, but Northland, Hawkes Bay, Bay of Plenty, Stewart Island all amazing. White Island is spectacular too – fishing with an active smoking island volcano behind you.

  10. i cant help but feel the anxiety when i see their feet just dangling at the side of the kayak 😟

    1. Hes asian. Asians are terrified of water. Ive lived there 15 years. Its really pathetic.

    2. Shark would never go for a feet charging full speed from beneth. It could do that on a whole kayak if its a monster GW but then feet wouldnt meter at all. It would more likley circle the boat first until eventuly maybe giving it a test bite and by that time im sure they would put legs to savety. Or myb he didnt washed his feet for a long time and its just a shark repelent 😂

    3. Right…..kayak fishing in the ocean….NOOOO! I would have fish off that boat….accident waiting to happen

    4. I was once kayak fishing off the coromandal and I had the feet in the water and I felt something brush my feet and it was a bronze whaler shark after my snapper in the water, almost killed me with a fright😂

  11. Absolutely loving these Australia/New Zealand episodes! Random question, how do you deal with battery life on your GoPros? Do you have a charger, or spare batteries with you while out on the yak?

    1. So glad man! Spare batteries in a little Plano box. Can also find extended battery backs on Amazon by a company called refuel

  12. Robert, I was just thinking today that I haven’t seen any of your videos in my feed in the past few months and then this video popped up! Great day fishing, man! I’m thoroughly enjoying watching this!

  13. Man I’d love to go out in deep water on a yak too… but I value my life too much 😂😂 hopefully one day, for now I’ll just live it out through you guys! Keep up the vids they’re awesome

  14. I went kayaking for the first time the other day and got terrified when I saw a seal, don’t know how you can deal with sharks 😂

  15. I yearn for your lifestyle! New Zealand is also a wonderful place! Thank you for always having fun videos 😊
